E&E has been blessed. And we believe in giving back. Which is why we get the entire team together each spring for community service projects—to help local homeowners who could most use a hand.
Here’s how it works:
We shut down the office for the day and get the entire staff on board. Scheduling projects, coordinating crews, and getting our best workers where they’re needed most, our goal is a day of completing everything our growing crews can handle.
The staff loves it. The crew loves it. And the homeowners love it. It is truly a day of people and relationships. And the tears and overwhelming sense of gratitude all around makes it our favorite day of the year.
